Bike Course Tours

In August, Philbrick’s Sports will guide the Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival bike courses. Rides will begin at Spring Hill with a start time of 8:00am, suggested arrival time is 7:30am.  There will be guided rides of one loop of the Half Course (36 miles  – omits the second loop) and Sprint Course (14.5 miles).  There are maps available online for both the bike and run courses. This is a self supported ride, please have the appropriate drinks, nutrition, and repair kits with you. Please review the online maps of the run course should you choose to run after the ride (there will not be guided runs).  Swimming will not be available.  Please note there are no shower facilities on site.

Swim Course Training and Clinic

The beginner swim clinic will be Monday July 17 at Spring Hill from 5:00PM – 6:00PM. Arrive at 4:30PM.

The intermediate swim clinic will be Monday July 24 at Spring Hill from 5:00PM – 6:00PM. Arrive at 4:30PM.

In August,  there will be a swim clinic sponsored and coached by Endurance Swimming and Coach Craig Lewin  More details and sign up information will be available in July via an email to registered athletes.  This clinic will be free for all registered athletes.  Clinic size will be limited to the first 40 athletes who RSVP.  Please email Kyle@pumpkinmantriathlon.com to secrue a spot.

Training at Spring Hill

Training at Spring Hill is via permit parking only which may be obtained via a six03 endurance membership.

Monday and Tuesday – 4pm till dusk

Friday mornings till 9am.
