QT2 Systems is a leading provider of personal triathlon and
run coaching. Its professional USA Triathlon certified
coaches and Registered Dietitians are based in the
Bike Sponsor, Papa Wheelies will be leading tours of the Half and Sprint Bike Courses in July and August.
On July 17th, Papa
Wheelies Bicycle Shop of Portsmouth, NH will guide the
Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival bike courses. Rides will begin
at Spring Hill with a start time of 8:00am, suggested
arrival time is 7:30am. There will be guided rides of
one loop of the Half Course (36 miles - omits the
second loop) and Sprint Course (14.5 miles). There are
maps available online for both the bike and run courses.
This is a self supported ride, please have the appropriate
drinks, nutrition, and repair kits with you. Please review
the online maps of the run course should you choose to run
after the ride (there will not be guided runs).
Swimming may be available post ride/run depending on Spring
Hills Banquet schedule. Please note there are no
shower facilities on site.

TRAINING AT SPRING HILL
Training at Spring Hill is via permit parking only which may be obtained via a Seacoast Riptide Triathlon Membership. The lower parking lot will also be opened on August 15th on the following days:
Monday and Tuesday – 4pm till dusk
Friday mornings till 9am
