Registration for both races will OPEN on OCTOBER 31st!
Each race has a field size of 550 athletes; there is a relay division for the HALF only.
Mail-in registration closes on June 15th, 2010 or when race is full.
Online registration closes on September 1st, 2010 or when race is full.
All paper applications will be returned if not completed in full and place will not be held. Please read carefully!

Want to compete in both races and complete the Great Pumpkin Challenge?

Register online or mail-in both a Sprint and Half entry form, Entry fee is $260 ($270 for non USAT); if received after July 15th entry fee is $265 ($275 for non USAT).

Athlete must sign up for the Challenge package, you must register for both races at the same time (cannot sign up for one race now and the other later to get the discount).

Don't have a USAT Annual Membership? A one year membership to USAT is $39. Membership includes a subscription to USA Triathlon Times, annual ranking, discounts on merchandise and use of the USAT Travel Desk (can help save bike flying costs). Most importantly you don't have to pay an extra $10 at every USAT race for a one-day membership. So if you're planning on doing at 3-4 USAT races this year, the USAT membership pays for itself. Important Race Information:
NO PHOTO ID = NO RACE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
All USAT members are required to show USAT membership card or you will be required to purchase a 1-day license.
No rain date. Race management reserves the right to modify or shorten the race course in the case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, and to accept or reject any entry. No transfers or substitutions. The minimum age to compete is 15. Registration will close when there are 550 registered participants.

Race Confirmation:
Please carefully indicate your e-mail address on the application. A confirmation email with important race information will be sent to all registered athletes.

Refund Policy:
A partial refund will be made in the amount of $30 for the Sprint race and $75 for the Long Course/Half Iron if requested in writing on or before June 1, 2010. After this date, no refunds, no exceptions.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A RACE ENTRANT BE ALLOWED TO TRANSFER, SELL OR SUBSTITUTE ANOTHER ATHLETE AT ANY TIME – THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. The event organizer has the right to shorten or even cancel the event if, in her judgment, environmental conditions including weather become dangerous; in this situation no refunds will be given.
